PC on a longsword req8!

I would like to have a PC on a longsword

Long Sword of Swordsmanship
Slashing Dmg 15-22(requires 8 swordsmanship)
Damage + 15%(while Health is above 50%)
Swordsmanship + 1(19% chance while using skills)

you can get a good 10k for it

dang... I've seen several of these sell recently on here for 40-60k+.... and same on all of them some nub said the same 10k thing
