Ward Against Melee + Sliver Armor .. these stack?

I am just wondering if for the 11 seconds that Sliver Armor is active, and I have Ward of Melee on, do the 52% and 50% evade modifiers combine?

They dont technically "combine" or "stack". They are activily in effect on their own seperate odds. In other words, rather then having a 100% chance to block melee attacks, you have two seperate and active 50% chances to block melee. Still dont get it?....
Its the same idea as have a 20/20 wand plus a 20/20 offhand off the same attribute. They dont stack, and all work on seperate chances. But obviously with the more active "chances" the effects are initiated more frequently. That make sense?

Basically, the attempted attack will be first passed to Ward. 50 attacks out of 100 will come through it (not evaded), but those will be passed to Sliver armor. 24 out of those 50 will come through (0.48*50), finally hitting you. Meaning the chance of not being hit is 76 percent.
As for the wand and focus 'halves casting time' bonus, this is what I found in some other thread, can't remember which one was it though:

Or = 1-0.04-0.64 = 0.32 = 32% Both trigger means 1/4 of the original casting speed, one trigger 1/2.
