ToPK/Darkness hints in Nightfall

From the wolf guard pictures found on the main page. Those tenticale things in the background to the left look exactly like the ones found at the Tomb of Primordial Kings. This pretty much confirms that the whole grasping darknesses thing in Tombs and Dragonfest will be a key storyline feature in Nightfall.

well the thing to keep in mind is the ever-expanding, yet continuous, Lore.

they do a good job at making an original world- i really like the demons (chaos monsters) that you get to see regardless of which continent you are on.

I just hope we dont have to follow Mehnlo around like a puppy this time around.

If you saw the pics you would see that Mhenlo is a henchman now (forget which one tho)

So 1 screenshot and its a main story line feature? that seems a bit far fetched to draw conclusions.

I could take a picture of the whale form the log in screen and say that becuase it appears it must be a main storyline feature. Perhaps tese tenticles are only found once at the end of one mission, or quest and otherwise serve no purpose to game storyline?

Actually, they're just placeholder characters, until Anet designs them. I saw Orion wielding a scythe somewhere, so i don't think Mhenlo is a proper henchie.

Mhenlo has always been a henchman. It just so happened that he was a main character in Factions.
