I've been researching different Hammer builds, and was saddened at the lack of PvE ones, although it seems the best combo for a Hammer warrior is the W/E combination, so i made one. And now i am wondering what build to use, i've been searching for a good build that does direct damage to the foe, but also utilizes the Ele skill Aftershock, what i;ve found is, either builds are about pure direct damage, or are about only damage from aftershock, and very few skills to do direct damage to the foe.

Does anyone out there run a W/E build, and if so, whats your skill set?

Honestly, I've found that the best combinations for a w/e playing pve is to stick away from energy-consuming offensive spells and use the amazing earth attribute for defense (obsidian flesh >=O) or armor of the earth. The extra armor bonus is extremely nice for tanking, and combined with the already formiddable warrior skills for raising armor, you can reduce the damage you take to almost nothing.

Um, the LAST skill in your chain is Crushing Blow?

I sense a disturbance in the force...

Check out the builds thread on guildwiki; there are a couple of different builds under the "untested" section, and the tested builds has 1 KD build there, I think; you can use them as is, or as a sort of template if you're trying to make your own build (I've gotten a few ideas from there myself)..
