I want to buy any one-handed weapon (not axe, sword, hammer) with +X energy and +X Hp...Is somethink like that exist? If yes, what's the name of it...thanks a lot

Doesn't exist.

One handed weapon (not axe, sword, hammer) = wand

There are no wands with unconditional +X energy.

And IIRC, there are no wands with +X hp.
