Hi all!
I came across this artifact and I don't think I've seen anything like it, although it's listed in GuildWiki. Could someone give me a price check and also is there any collector or crafter who has this kind of skin? I like the looks of it, and I'd like to get one with better stats if possible! Thanks in advance!

they are a random drop, seen a few drop in SF and surronding area
