My friend and I have duo'ed Delic about 50 times since the 8-18-06 update, and haven't gotten his item once. In contrast, after about 10 Incetol kills we got 2 Focii.

Has anyone killed Delic lately (since 8-18-06 update) and gotten the drop?

If you do that nonstop, you reduce your drops chance considerably from the anti farm code. Try not to do it say more then 10 times in a row. Go do missions, quests or just farm in a few different places for a while then go back for best chances to get stuff.

I haven't gotten one since 8/18 no, and I do solo farm her. But not so often, and it was a rare-ish drop before anyways. I've gotten 3 after about 50 drops.
