Hmmm

I have a Req 8 Wingblade 15^50 20/20 hp+30 and I was told it was only worth 30-40k. That doesnt seem right, now does it?!?!?!?

yeah it does...deedee you should salvage yours.
Mods do not change the price of the item, just make it a bit easier to sell.
