i have a req 9 with energy 5^50 and universal recharge 10%.
btw, you can't have energy 5^50 and two additional mods of 20/20.

that's a single half recharge 20%, not a 20 20% or whatever that is.
i thought you meant 20/20 cast/recharge.

the 20% of 20% you're thinking of is something like sundering, that doesn't exist on caster weapons.

i got a req 8 Holy Rod, energy +5 while enchanted (am i to assume this is for a boon protect build, where ur always enchanted anyhow), and 19% casting on protection.
