11-22 (req 11 Smiting)
+15 Energy
+29 Health
Halves skill recharge of spells (10%)

Looks pretty good other than req - how much is it worth?

"Pre-nerf" is incorrect. It's pre-buff.

Unfortunately it only has one casting/recharge mod which hits the value hard. I'd merch it or expert salvage for one of the mods.
