is there some techical glitch?

been having few problems ....

1. game slow motion and freezing
2. in the "unwelcome guest" team mates were getting wrong pointer location on the compass
3. the creatures are different outside haiju lagoon ... cos where there should be afflicted creatures there is crimson guys

1. Slow motion / freezing could be pretty much anything from game lag, to your computer is running a virus scan

2. team mates perhaps have a different quest active?

think is was the whole server lag cos other team mate had lag too ...

and we all had the same quest activated

Doesn't matter if you have it activated or not, having a quest in your quest list will change the spawns at times.

Once unwelcome guest is completed the afflicted in the lagoon aren't there anymore. Only crimson guys as you've 'cleaned' the island.

2: The compass displays differently sometimes, I think it depends which cloud you're closer to when you cleared the previous one.

Doesn't matter if you selected a quest in the Quest Log... if you have a Quest that in your log that hasn't been completed it can change the spawns. This applies to your party as well. Best seen at the Granite Citadel when someone has Defend Droknars quest... Stone Summit without it... No Stone Summit with it.
