Possible Glitch?

Arg! Why doesn't Quickening Zephyr, Glyph of Renewal, or Serpent's Quickness reduce the recharge time of Arcane Mimicry? Is there nothing that can be done to get around the horrible 60 second wait on this skill?

The glyph won't work as when you use arcane mimicry, the recharge time isn't affected because it became another skill. QZ and Serpent's Quickness should word IMO, maybe the bug is in those 2, but i doubt glyph of renewal is bugged.

i think if you use archane mimi cry then glyph of renewal the skill you stolen will be recharged when you use it
