Gold Echovald Shield req 8 (tactics), -2 damage (while in a stance), +41 health (while in a stance).

I got the stats wrong on the last PC. Sorry about that. Can you give me a PC of this shield? Thanks.

I would say 70~80kish
Low req, near perfect stance mods, and great skin
