I did also farm that guy using my Ritualist, don't ask me how because it's a hell of a work to keep yourself alive and I have to run away a few times and come back. Anyways the point is that in 1 week I farmed that Ssyn over 60+ times (1 week, not 1 day 
) and it never dropped that green. Finally I had to buy the green from a player because it seamed that it was impossible for me to let him drop it. Althought I got a fair amount of golds from him, around 25+ in total over 60 times. No joke, you can ask some guildies, althought it was like 4 months ago when I was doing this.
