I think i remeber a thread about this but i fail to recount where i saw it and wat the title was....
I was exploring around kaneig center and saw a glowing box right near the Xunalai Agents and behind the Xunulai Storage Upgrades guy. Its behind the gates that are open and down the stairs and down the gates that are not open...i see a strange glowing box that i can't touch...

hmm well if you run up to the gate and then face it and press Z you will se a dragon but you might already know this..

it's nothing, its there to make you wonder. My Guess it's just another loose end that will never mean anything. There is no guard either to "let you in" for a quest or anything.

Its not stated as a question, but the OP wants to know what the deal is with the "glowing box", and Id agree thats it probably another "loose end" like the Gwen quest, that wont be put in game.

Stand Right infront of that gate where the chest is and zoom your camara out as far as it will go then press and hold in Z and u will see 2 dragons
