Inherent Mods on Focus Items

I would really appreciate it if someone could list all of the possible inherent mods for foci. If possible, I would like the precise figure of the stats; ie. +10 AL vs Slashing, and so on.

EDIT: to be fair: perfect mods:
AL+5
Al+10 vs something specific (ANYTHING, any ele or physical type)
Energy +15 (always comes with negative effect)
HP +30
HP+45 (condition, like while enchanted)
Spell REcharge/Casting 10%
Spell Recharge/Caster 20% (Specific Attribute)
Skill Attribute +1 20%
Condition Duration Reduction (Any)

Negative effects include:
HP-20 (for nonmax mods)
HP-50
Energy Regen -1
(while hexed, etcetc like dmg mods)

I believe it's +5 AL for elemental or physical damage. +10 AL for specific type of damage, or while hexed.

theres a +60 health while hexed isnt there? or is that just the shield..............

On Wiki, it says that the mod for added armor agnainst physical is the same as versus damage type like slashing and piercing.

That doesn't quite make sense since slashing and piercing are a type of physical damage.

Can anyone verify the cap of elemental and physical added armor, not the specific type(ie. Cold, Blunt)?

*Edit: Based on another site, I found that the cap was 5; however, that site also listed the versus specific cap at 8. Did the general versus physical and elemental get nerfed like the specific ones, or they just stayed the same?

It was 8 a long time ago, and ANet upgraded that to 10 in an update about a month before Factions came out. I remember being pretty upset about that, since I had a shield collection that had +8 AL >.<
