A/Mo Maintaining Energy Build

First i'd like to make it clear that I'm not a grand master build-dude, I'm not even a very good player in my mind, but I put this build together and figured that I might as well share it, since I thought (after testing it in Altrumm Ruins) that it could be useful for those players who find themselves running out of energy frequently.

I also wanted to implement the skill Palm Strike {E} in some way, since I overheard some players bashing it, saying it was a waste of an elite, so I wanted to see why I was so bad.

Attributes
Dagger Mastery 14 (10+3+1)
Critical Strikes 13 (12+1)
Shadow Arts 7 (6+1)
Healing Prayers (6)

Skills
Mending: +2 Constant Healing Regenration (Healing Prayers)
Cricital Eye: For 32 Seconds, gain 6% Chance for a Critical Attack. All Criticals give you +1 Energy back (Critical Strikes)
Palm Strike {E} - Target touched foe takes 75 Damage, counts as an offhand attack. (Critical Strikes)
Critical Strike: Dual Attack- Must Follow offhand attack. If it hits, you do +27 Damage and do a Critical Hit (Critical Strikes)
Way of the Lotus: Hex Spell - for 20 Seconds the next time you hit a dual attack, you gain 12 Energy (Shadow Arts)
Black Lotus Strike: Must Strike a Hexed Foe, if it hits you strike for +28 damage and gain 18 Energy (Critical Strikes)
Death Blossom: Dual Attack, Must follow an offhand attack. Strikes for +38 Damage and all adjacent foes take 38 damage (Dagger Mastery)
Healing Breeze: 10 Seconds you gain +5 Health Regeneration (Healing Prayers)

Now this is a build that allows you to attack and really just forget. It's kind of pro-sintank but I'd advise against that at all costs.

First you hit yourself with mending, then right before battle throw Critical Eye on yourself. When you hit with Palm Strike, the skill allows you to skip a lead attack. Useful in getting to Critical Strike. With your Critical Attribute being at 13 (+3 Energy Per Critical Hit) and Critical Eye (+1 Per Critical Hit) you will gain +8 energy from Critical Strike, making it only worth 2 energy.

Then you hit your target with Way of the Lotus, since it has a 1/4 second cast you should be able to tie in Black Lotus Strike and Death Blossom. Together you will gain back 30 Energy, making both skills free if they hit. The only issue you will have is getting your skill-chains recharged or timed well enough to not have to worry about having almost all of your bar disabled for a few moments. Also note, by the time Critical Eye dies out (32 Seconds) it will have recharged itself, allowing you to keep you're all important 19% Chance for Critical Strikes (Not counting your Dagger Mastery giving an additional chance to get double hits and critical hits.)

Of course the build has the same counters as most Sin builds. Blind, Evade, Block and Enchantement Strips can be an issue. But with Palm Strike, you are guarenteed to hit at least 75 damage, due to blind being ineffective against touch skills (and I believe they can't be dodged either, someone correct me if i'm wrong)

That's it for me, if you guys have any comments or critique I'm willing to listen to reason and adjust accordingly. Thanks a lot.

palm strike can't be dodged, evasion and block only apply to attacks and attack skills.

You have alot of energy management skills. I mean for critical strike it pretty much pays for itself since you gain 8 energy for using it. If you're oversupplied with energy, you should think about adding in another healing skill, or add in another buff?

Agreed. Too much energy gained and too much temptation to tank.

I get enough with Retribution + Golden Lotus Strike. You also get enough energy from Black Lotus Strike (on hexed foe). Not to mention from Critical Strike attribute. I don't even need Critical Eye.

No Rez, no blocking, no Twisted Fangs?

Since I've never tried this build, I'm not bashing it , but think about the temptation to tank, no condition removal and the over energy gain. Too bad you can't transfer excess energy to other players.

Alright, I get what you're saying. I'll tweak it up a little later and post an updated version. Thanks for the feedback.
