i think i know whats worth
because i never saw a R9 dwarven axe 15^50 or 15% always ever in guru.

and 15%/-10 is the 3rd best dmg mod

I agree King abadon, maybe bit more 4millish than 6...
If u sell this for a pvper (buyer may be harder to find than for a 15^50).
Somebody would pay his ass off to get a Dwarven with -10 armor dmg mod...
Haven't seen b4 -10ar ones...

sticky says 4-6 milions for a req 9 15^50
if you study the sticky you'll see that prices for 15^50 15-10 15-10 are allways the same
