I am aiming for protector of tria title but there is a problem. There is only 24 mission

. This is a really bigh stupit mistake of mine or a big problem. I counted and there was only 24.

These are the missions. Only 24 what is the 25.?

Wiki does have the doppleganger listed as a mission. I remember the bonus was originally under 10 minutes and now it's under 50 seconds

The entire mission was to defeat your Doppelganger in under 10 minutes; to get bonus was to defeat it in under 50 seconds.

warriors are great at killing the doppleganger with the right build

i did it in 6 seconds

As I said, the bonus was Originally under 10 minutes.

I was just commenting on how much the game has changed as there was originally no time limit on the mission, just the bonus, and it wasn't even called doppleganger.

p.s. ignore my skill bar, I guess you could say I was a bit of a noob back
then....

thanks I looked to the site the was lots of tactics there I killed him before 30 second anyway. I even didnt knew about him and finish him whit my normal skills

cant wait to do this with my ritualist just to see what my doop looks like!

My only character that had problems was my monk.....took out healing and things went much quicker!

(think my necro did it in 3 shots).

Theres always a spoilsport!

Necro in 2(really was 1, but she died first, so it didnt count. I missed start cue

). Warrior in 1, REAL fast, not sure exactly, but under 10 seconds, monk took like 7 tries, because I couldnt figure out a build, so I asked a lvl 20 monk I saw(thanks R!(hope thats not a "No names violation)), went smite, got it about 12-15 seconds.

If Anet wanted to make this a bit harder thay should make the bonus 15 seconds or under. Kicked his butt in 9 seconds the first time i played though.

BTW, Fort Ranik comes before Ruins of Surmia.

It's only doable that fast on certain professions, things like mesmers and necros can take a while.

Mesmers are soo easy. Distortion+Backfire + Hex Breaker + Wastrels. bring up your hex breaker just before you go in. Throw wastrels at him to remove his hex breaker, and then drop Backfire on him and just let him kill himself with the rest of the spells you brought, it will take around 30 seconds for him to die, just use distortion to keep his arrows from hurting you. Possibly throw phantom pain + shatter delusions in the bar for a nice quick finish.

Ironicly, it is easier for Noobs to defeat the doppleganger

.
The doppleganger uses the same skill set as you do- so if you are one of those noobs that have frenzy+heal sig, it going to be easier to kill him then if you had dolyak sig for example

.

Necros just bring blood sacrifice skills that don't do damage or self-healing. If you're a monk secondary bring scourge sacrifice (doubles the sacrifice when target uses sac skills). Cast Sourge Sacrifice and then stand there while doppleganger dies in less than 10 seconds.

I killed him so fast (well, he killed himself really) I didn't even have time to adjust the camera view to look at my doppleganger.

I did the standard necro/mes and it was fast, but this is just mean
