bonus attributes mission in fraction

In the first chapter there are 2 missions of 15 attribute bonus.
I found in fraction one such mission, quite at the start.
Does anybody know of other such missions in fractions ?

ok well. you've said fractions at least 3 times. its factions.

The first 15 attribute point quest in factions is after the first mission in ran musu gardens from an npc near the portal to go back into the ministers estate.

The second 15 attribute point quest is in seitung harbour from an npc kirin, near a bell on a hillside.

you can only get the 2nd quest after doing zen daijun.

fractions = 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, etc.
