the price given in the sticky is 50-80k. You can treat that as a baseline. Start near the higher end of the estimate, accept less depending on how much patience you have.

Modding items tends to lose money as they do not increase the value of an item by more than what they are worth on their own. Largely, they aren't taken into account when pricing items
