If the req is poor just salvage it and hope for the HP grip. You can get probably 10k for the grip if you get it.

Req10 is rather poor. Just salvage and pray for the HP mod.

I would think it could still fetch ~10-15k despite req, as it's a fairly rare skin and solid mods... Sell it in a newish place (Seitung Harbor in Cantha sometimes has interesting buyers, sometimes Droknar's Forge in Tyria, or Ascalon) if you don't want to pray for a good salvage
P.S. I am pretty sure that you can't bump more than once per 24 hours... Least, you can't in high end/normal sell, so i'm assuming you can't in PC place either, someone correct me if i'm wrong xD
