PC, Please. Sundering Oni Blade

Trying to determine if I should sell as is or salvage for the mods...

Dmg: 15-22 (Req 8 Swordsmanship)
Dmg +14% (while Enchanted)
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 19%)
Armor +7 (vs. Elemental Attacks)

Note: I accidentally posted this yesterday with an error. I initially posted it as a +15% Dmg (while Enchanted) when it's actually +14% Dmg (while enchanted).

I'm just not sure how much that 1% dmg lowers the price from the 50 to 60k range.

Should I sell this for 20k?
