EDIT: I see the pic now (didn't let it load completely) At least it's inspiration or else it would be useless. i always use some inspiration on my mesmer although i'd prefer a 20/20 of the same attributes.

I think it's around 5-10k too. It has a low req and two mods, but the 2nd one is less wanted imo. The first one is different than the req but still within the mesmer class and playable.
