Sure you can, but if you go dual-channel DDR-mode, then you have to dump the 2 DIMMS that are already in there to go higher. There are only 2 memory slots at the bottom of the XPS, and they are usually both used.

Also, another quick tip: If you're a frequent gamer, your palm's sweat will probably wear thru the XPS's palm-rest finish very quickly (it did on mine). Put some painter's tape or any other weak-adhesive cover over that area to minimize wear/tear. Here's a pic to keep this post legit:

Ill post both of mine, one laptop (NEW!!

& AWASAME!!

& a bit expensive!!

) & one normal PC with LCD screen & some other things...

EXTRA: i will also have to show you my office...

ill post as soon as my camera gets fixed... anyway i liked the Lord Shars laptop, the lights O.o

It doesnt metter if its cool of it is Great & stuff... a good PC is a PC with Guild Wars in it

My mouse pad sucks. My hand palm is bigger. But it improves my sensitivity.

Really nice setups guys (specially Ozric's and LiQuId StEeL's.O.o) and Racthoh's desk is just like mine...cluttered with a lot of stuff and an evil mouse stealer.
