Invite Error?

Anyone else having this problem where you cannot invite anyone into your guild as a member or guest, it just happened after the recent shop update.
I'd like to see this fixed soon, an thank you.

I am also getting this message and it is very annoying to not be able to invote anyone into my new guild please fix this fast ANET..
