Problems with GW Store?

I apologise in advance if this is the wrong forum-

Is anyone else having problems making purchases in the Guild Wars Store?
I've tried several times, with 2 different cards, to make a purchase.

The first card, it gave me a message that the transaction could not be completed.

The second card, I got the message the the Expiration Date/CVV was wrong, and on each card, I triple checked that everything was correct, and it was.

Anyone else have this problem, or know if the store is just having issues atm?

Nope, they have always had these issues, I have to use my debit card because my Capital One Visa never works.

Makes me wonder then, why havn't they done anything to fix it yet?

i had same problem i just kept chnging cards till worked

I had the same problem. Two weeks of e-mail exchanges with GW support did nothing but leave me with a headache.
