Suggestion for On line Store.. FOW armor

Sell FOW armor in the online store. I mean its ridiculous for newer players like me to have to farm or buy plat on Ebay just to get FOW armor. I mean it wont hurt or unbalance the game in anyway.... I d pay 10 bucks per char for a full set..

That would take everything away from the point of FoW, it is a unique reward for playing the game and being smart with your money, if Anet did something like this I would have to quit guild wars, it is bad enough you do not have to earn your skills for yourself anymore.

I think this is more of a joke thread based on the fact that you can get skills in the online store. If you can get skills, why not FoW armor? I don't think the OP ever intended for this to be a real thing.
If he did however, I highly doubt it will ever happen. As previously stated, skills are required to fully enjoy the game. The only armor required to fully enjoy the game is 1.5k, as that's the max armor you can have, and will probably need in order to survive.

Most of the people who have fow armor now farmed for it, why should you not have to just cause you're new? And 10 bucks....... if it did happen should be like 80 per set. Then even if you bought it, it would still kinda hold some prestige of sinking that much money into it.

You don't need FoW armor to play PvE, or PvP. You do however need skills unlocked to compete in PvP. Both probably take 1000+ hours to get for the average player. One they absolutly need to play the game how they want to, and one is just a super expensive cooler 1.5k armor that they don't need to do anything at all.

personly i dont like the direction in witch the game is moveing atm it looks like they are doing everything they can to make more money selling skill packs witch is kinda pointless think to pay 10$ to unlock skills that should be earned is kinda disipointing cuz now all the rich kids are going to have the perfect builds becouse they have every option of skill combos out there while the kids that are trying to earn there skills and buy them with ingame money are jus getting crushed bye the kids that bought them and if you start moving to armor every lvl 1 is going to have fow at pre so that complete ruins the idea of fow and any 15k and what is going to be next if this continuse the ability to buy ingame money with real money or the ability to buy other armor and then wepons so........

The fact that a PvPer has to work (grind) for their skills in the first place is moronic to me. I don't PvP often (very rarely), but I do love my FPS's, and understand the mindset. If I had to grind for hours just to get certain weapons and ammo in a game, well I wouldn't be playing that game. That's called work, and sorry, but I'm here to play.
Skill pack aside, I think this thread proves one thing, beware the slippery slope. Offering anti-grind for PvPers is one thing, offering the only thing in this game worth wasting gold on for PvEers is madness. Gold is pretty much only used on cosmetics why? Because you don't have to grind in PvE to get what you need, only what you want. PvP is all about what you need and only what you need... there should be no grind.

and buying all the skills right away really only benifts people just starting out, because people who have been playing for awhile have unlocked the ones they need through faction, so their advantage is only temporary
experience + the necessary skills > having all the skills any day
because whether they have all the skills or not, they can only carry 8 just like you and me
