Hi there!

How much should I ask for this axe.

Golden Barbed Spike Axe of Fortitude

Dam 6-28 (req 13 Axe)
Damage +20% (while hexed)
Lengthens Bleeding on Foe 33%
Health +30

its quite nice for some farming but I don't need it now.

I'd say go for the salvage and pray that you get the +30 health mod.
