Its easy to use. Run in and start attacking to charge adrenaline. If you're not taking much damage, use Sever Artery and gash. If you are, charge up Bonetti's Defence and put Healing Breeze on yourself. If you're taking a lot of damage then use Disciplined Stance, Healing Signet and Healing Breeze. if you can manage to monitor your health, energy and adrenaline well enough this build will keep you alive for a long time.
