Yeah, theres no point in capping a non-elite skill. It takes the same amount of gold, but takes longer.

fun maybe? >_> i was just pointing out that its possible, the other person didnt seem to know. or maybe its in kaineng and he only has shing jae, but a low level monk boss on shing jae has it and he likes to cap it? or whatever!

It can't be capped in Factions only bought but can in Prophecies.
