A new scam in the works and I'm the first to experience it, hooray

someone got duped exactly the same way a month back, i remember reading the post....SAME exact scam

The people replying to that thread gave both postitive and negative feedback...

Negative because they felt the poster who got scammed was trying to scam/exploit the game rules itself duping their ectos thus should get no sympathy

postitive feedback of course because people felt sympathy for a person getting scammed.

i'm mixed on it...i mean it sucks for ya but you went along with it because you saw yourself getting double the amount of what you had by using a possible loophole in the game.

This isn't new. At least you only dropped 4 unlike the other guy that posted and dropped 120. Seriously though, do people just not have any common sense anymore. I don't see how anyone falls for this crap.

In real life if someone tells you : Give me 100 $ i'll give you 200 $ .. would you trust him ? Same thing for GW or games in general , even if there was a dupe ... why would he dupe for you for free ? If i had a dupe i would stfu and dupe and sell my shit lol

First of all, posting names is against forum rules (I am not a mod).

I don't understand how someone with so many gaming hours could fall for such a thing. Even if you beleived it to be true, you should have tested it with less valubale items first.
Trying to abuse a glitch inorder to make a profit.
I'll say this in the nicest way I can: You had it coming, and I doubt Anet or anyone will help you with this. The best you can do is learn from your mistakes and move on.
