got this from a chest in sf today. the health degen mod without the weapon being "vampiric" in the traditional sense struck me as strange. i figured it would either make the item worthless or worth a lot lol. any ideas on this one? thanks!

really hard skin to sell, and the -1 health regen isn't too uncommon... most likely you'll wanna merch it

I sold a similar mammoth axe for ~20k, I believe that there are some people who look specifically for it... Saccers, in PvP, like to add a vamp mod and degen really quickly... You may be able to get ~5k from the right person, but that may or may not be worth it for you
