salvage and hope you get the swordmanship +1 20% which goes around 10k

Edit: +15% vs hex foes is not a wanted mod. The skin is not rare and/or popular enough to make up for the bad mod.

best bet would be to salvage, either mod is around 5k... not 10k tho

ok good to know. Wouldn't it be best to adjust the sticky about prices on mods? Because it's from there I got the 10k.
