Spirit Bond Question

I've heard people say that Spirit Bond heals you for the damage you recieve before Protective Spirit kicks in. If this is true can I be a 55 health monk and use Spirit Bond instead of Healing Breeze(if im not fighting degen) and if it works that way, would it heal me every day I get hit and I can tank a lot more people?

Yes, it would work. Though, you would probably have to go and get 15 armor ascetics from cantha if you want to be able to do stuff like uw and do the graspings solo and stuff. The higher your armor is, the less likely stuff will hit you above 60 (besides aatxes anyways).

Yeah you can. The only problem is you need either the starter armor(which is ideal) or can use a low level set of the 15 armor and a whole set of 5 more runes to place them into it (incase your using 60 armor atm)

Also the grasping darkness dont hit you hard enough regardless if your using 5 or 15 armor unless you also take elemental resistance , frenzy , heal sig etc etc.

As for taking on more , smites you can do all of em(or as many as you can grab) with spirit bond though I can still do it without and bonettis defense timed correctly.

As a 55 monk though you cant really handle multiple mesmer mobs , heavy degen or interupting mobs....if you switch to 600hp though it becomes much more easy and saves you money as well.
