Low req and 2 mods is good. I don't find the +30hp that super, when you sacrifice it won't make that a difference. The second mod is not perfect and the least wanted amongst the popular mods. The skin is common.
I think it's worth the 10k but not much more, but I'm not a pc guru so get a sec opinion.

I tend to agree there.. there are 15^50 Swords at the collector and those are 5k.. I mean, gold ones are always worth more just because of that. If you're not going for looks then you don't need to buy anything at all, just go full collectors.
