treasure hunter

i was looking through the titles and came across treasure hunter, now i had been want to go into chest farming for a while 1) for the drops and 2) for my wisdom title but thus appealed to me but it says high end chests where do these start from and also does anyone have a ny tips of chest farming (solo) like where is a good place? and what skills should i pack (im a W/*) considering i would also like nice drops

High end chests are any whose keys cost 600g or more. A good zone to farm is Melandru's Hope. There is usually 3-7 chests there and you can also do the repeatable quest.

as sereng said, high end chests are those where the keys cost 600g at the merchant ! keys can be bought cheaper from players.

I like to do shiverpeak chests. you got nice drops, and they always spawn in nice amounts.

Chestrun Witmans is really easy, and fairly good drops. (Namely, 3 15% fellblades with good mods.)

if you take henchies does it reduce the drops at all in any way?or are they not as good? or is it ok to take them along aslong as you can control them well(dont make aggro etc etc)?

p.s i have done several runs in witmans folly and followed a route someone posted and i found 2 things:
1) on a couple of runs where he said there WOULD be 3 chests there was less but just on few i may have missed them
2) i hardly ever get golds 75%+ of the time its just purps is thgis true for everywhere?

No the drops aren't reduced. However, with henchies, you can't take turns opening chests to see whether they are gold or purple. So real players are more efficient.

what do you mean?

if u run with 8 players, player 1 opens 1st chest - if item is purple all items from that chest will be purple so noone else will open it.
if it is gold all items from that chest will be gold and everyone will open it.

Wat he means is if u bring real peeps on chest runs u take turns to open them to see if there Gold or not... i.e if its ur turn to open the chest and its purple then the rest of ur team will know not to open it

if its gold then WoooHooo u all get a gold item )

oh so diferent people in a team can open a chest more than once
