I agree with the gurus and I tell you why.

Jade bow: the skin is common, you find them all over in the jade sea. the inh. mod (+19% while hexed) is not wanted. Salvage and hope for 19/20.

Plagueborn staff: although the skin is uncommon, this staff has no inherent mods. Salvage.
