PC Rare 'Clean' 15% Stance Gothic Sword

According to the rare weapon skin price guide it can be about 50k (Req 9)



However mine has no upgrades on it yet, and I've seen plenty of people ask for un-upgraded/clean items ingame. My question is if this thing can be worth more because of this? (if so, that's where i'd like a price check) or should I simply go by the price guide?

Price guide is based on clean items..... people want no upgrades cuz they have their own and want cheaper.... and really I think that 40k is probally more reasonable now or less
