How about making it so that whenever a particular assassin profession performs a lead, off-hand or dual attack skill on the target, everyone can see the markings on that player's name. I'm suggesting this to allow the possibility of dual assassin attacks that would still follow a single chain and it would add more strategy to the kill. It will also give an indication to a target as to which chain will mostly come up next.
In an organised play, you can gather two assassins together and perform a combination of two elite skills, I still have to think about that.
This will also force coordination between two assassins going after the same target.
This wont have any impact on single assassin parties nor assassins who's policy it is not to attack the same target.

hmm....that would get kinda confuseing becouse they are only 3 skill chains not much room for others to come in the chain i use is simply Knock them down, falling spider death blossem atm (i forget what i use to knock them donw) and if a assasin is trying to use there combo that they perfected it the other assasin could inter fear....mabey if they made the skill chains 4-5 where 1 assasin can get him 2 lead and then dual and then the next can folow up on off hand and mabey another possable skill

And then come the PuG assassins. You're in the middle of your combo and BAM! Some idiot uses the next skill-type in the combo and screws it all up.
Would be fine in organized groups, but quite a few people use PuGs.
I dunno, I'm undecided on this...

2 sins atacking the same target = mayhem!
Also, mid of combo + ritualist weapon = mayhem!
And ALSO 1 sin atacking stop, then ANOTHER sin comes to atack and dunno if he goes lead of off-hand = mayhem!
And these are just some possibilities ^^
Latter.

PuGs never carry two assassins, people are still trying to get their heads around their negative views about them dying as fast as they kill.

there's really only one problem with this which I have already stated

I'm pretty confident in saying that with current assassin builds that are being run at this time, you dont need a second assassin to hold your hand, telling them not to attack your target will simply become the norm unless it is organised play.

well people could do lead-lead, off hand-off hand, dual-dual...
or some one could bring only a lead and a dual while someone else brings an offhand, and then you could use the remaining skills for something else! that seems too cheap though...
so basically person 1 does lead, person 2 does offhand, person 1 does dual! easier for the party to coordinate and sins wouldnt be so hated anymore!
