Long sword = Salvage and hope for the 20/20.
You could probably sell it as is for a few k. If not for the function, to another player willing to take the risk for the 20/20. Tbh, the money you could get in no way makes it worth a sale as it is. Salvage for sure. And good luck '_^
The staff = salvage also. A staff needs two compatible bonuses (Halves Skill recharge: 10% + Halves Casting Time: 10%, for example) to hold any value.
