Req is average for people who're picky. 2 mods is good and they're perfect. But the +30 is not the most wanted and 10% hct is the least wanted amongst the popular mods.

I think 10-20k, depending on the buyer. May go for more, wait for pc guru.

imo req doesn't matter for this, any good healer would have 16^^

Actually it does, for the value of the weapon, but I know what you mean. The same item with req.8 will possibly go more, even if they have 16 in healing.
