the skin is uncommon I think, though the troll cage has been heavely farmed (where they also drop). 2 good mods, 1st one not perfect though. I would first try to sell it to an aware caster who doesn't mind the req and for a higher price than the 20% longer mod. You can always salvage later. I think it's worth more than the upgrade. Could use the opinion of a pc guru on this one.

gonna be hard to sell but you MIGHT get 15-20k but honestly doubt it, those have lost alot of popularity and are farmed like crazy... try to sell and then salvage if you can't
