Almost perfect, i use it for my monk for energy but im sure its got to be worth something, even though amber skins are horrid Tnx for the help

Aside from the skin (unless you like it) this is a nice weapon for the advanced caster. I like the fact it's a wand and not an offhand. Offhand with these kind of boni are more common than wands in my opinion. You can have +30 energy if you have both and phreak out some players who will say: you can't have that much energy with a monk. Always fun.

a shame the 2nd mod is not 10% but it's a recharge and universal. I would say 10-20k maybe more, for the one who's looking for this kinda mod. Get second opinion though.
