umm its just the weapon itself, not a perfect one with sundering and fort mod on it, care to give me another useful pc please?

Mods don't make much of a difference when it comes to PCing. I could take a pre-searing sword, and add a sundering & fort mod. Does that make the weapon worth 100k? Definitely not.
Plus, who wants a sundering mod? Sundering is complete crap.
A PC guru will tell you that your weapon is ~60-80k.

The 20/20 component is next to uselss when compared to some of the other components available. I've no idea why it's held it's value so well, maybe 'Sundering' just sounds cooler?
