can't connect

when i get to the log in screen there is no right side announcement board and when i log in, the window that shows connecting just stays there

im using a router and my other comp runs gw normally, this one has a working connection as well, id like to know if it's a simple problem before reinstalling

ive tried d/ling the client too.

It could be your router thats preventing access, try a direct connection without the router if possible. If not make sure your router is allowing port access for guildwars.

i dont have a connection when i connect the modem directly to the comp

ive tried changing to a static ip and ive loaded the repair install too.

Reinstall the game.
