Access Key Invalid?

I dono what is wrong? i just bought the game and havent been able to create and account or anything. I bought the collectors edition so the access key is super easy to read. I've tried puttiong it in like a hundred time and still nothing. I tried changing the O's into 0's and all that. Ive also tried re-installing it. I dono what is wrong?? Can someone plz help me?

Where did you buy the collectors edition from?, if you bought this as a brand new product either return the game from where you bought it, or contact support link below.

If however you have bought it secondhand, then there is nothing anyone can do for you.

I bought it at Electronic Botique Games brand new.

You sure you have scraped all of the crap off the back of the little card so you can see all the key?

Ok then, you will need to do either of the options in my post, try the support option first.
