FYI most energy weapons are only faction weapon skins. There are some prochies skins (brute is the only one i have seen) but they are uber rare and cost a ton. Might want to try for +5 energy factions cleaver skin. That is the closetest thing to hand axe in factions.
mostly factions skins, and there are only a few old skins that made it thru before they fixed it (like 2-3 brutes, 2-3 FDS swords, someone said they have a +5 twin hammer, and maybe others but doubtful)
