This is an idea inspired by the mass increase of people setting up their own tournaments/gametypes within their own guild halls on these forums. It's purpose is to make these faster, easier to set up, and more formal. Here's how it works:

The arenas start out at a small area, like the RA waiting area. Here, there is a "Tournament Master", who you speak with to join/create a game.

To host a game or tournament or game, you simply talk to him and fill out a form... which is similar to ones in many first person shooters. It includes:

Game type: (Tournament/Individual game)
Total number of players:
Tournament type: (Round Robin/Elimination)
Players per team: (1-12)
Team selection: (Randomized)/(Invite only)
Primary Proffessions allowed: (all proffessions with checkboxes next to them)
Secondary proffessions allowed: (all proffessions with checkboxes next to them)
Map: (Different RA/TA Maps)
Winners' reward: (A place for the host to put money)
Notes: (A place to put additional notes)

When someone wants to join a game, they simply Click on the tournament master and the a list of different Hosts' names and their game notes will appear. They can also click a "more info" button to see the full game details. Once they join a game, they will be taken to a waiting area where they wait for enough people to join it or form teams.

Thoughts on this?

I was surprised when I searched and nothing similar came up, but if this has been suggested before please close.

Edit: the smilie attack is no more, thanks addone.
