cast time blood 19%
recharge blood 19%

#2:
truncheon req blood magic10
cast time death magic 19%
recharge death magic 20%

They price checked my req8 div. 19/20 healing for around 50k. I think these two are also worth something like that then, maybe a little less. A pc guru might wanne give his opinion though.
